The NOMO Network - IC and OOC Info

pantropansThe mods have fielded some questions about how, specifically, D76's network posting system works, so here's a quick and easy guide for you all!
Everyone in Pantropa who chooses to receive a Welcome Kit from the Coalition - either at the General Store in the Badlands, or at the lobby of the Hotel Detritus - will get a tablet. They are standard 8" tablets and function like most tablets from the early-to-mid-2010s.
The biggest feature is Pantropa's social media system: The NOMO Network. The folks in marketing say it stands for "NO Missing Out", because it combines video, text, and audio sharing. Public posts are visible to everyone on the NOMO Network, but users can "lock" their posts to certain groups or individuals. For fun, there are also Mashtags (there's a key on the keyboard that looks like ^^ instead of the usual #).
From An IC Standpoint, characters treat their tablets like any normal human would. There are even fancier tablets for the gadget-savvy, which roll up like a piece of paper and have clear screens. They're pricey, and the super-upscale models even have holo-projection capability so you can live out all your childhood dreams of reeenacting Star Wars.
From An OOC Standpoint, there is no separate community for network posts at this time. The game is small enough that the mods don't see the need for one, but this may change as things progress and evolve. If you wish to make a NOMO Network, simply include "Network" in your subject, along with the intended audience and, if desired, the type of post. Examples:
